2026 Madrigal Feast

Travel back to the age of chivalry and grandeur! Join us for our annual Madrigal Feast presented by the Morton High School Vocal Music Dept. The evening includes a delicious four-course meal catered by the talented Morton District 709 Chefs as well as music from our Morton High School Madrigal Singers, Brass Ensemble, and Prelude & Jr. Prelude String Ensembles. The menu for the feast includes: appetizer of the King's Daggers (fruit & cheese skewers with red and green grapes, cheese cubes, pretzel bread cubes, strawberries & honey); Wassail (hot spiced cider); Ye Olde Ten Veggie Medley (garden vegetable soup); assorted rolls with cinnamon butter; Lyrical Lemon & Herb Hen (lemon herb roasted chicken breast); glazed carrots & fingerling potatoes; The Jester's Layered Illusion dessert (tuxedo cake); beverages of water, hot tea, & coffee (all decaf coffee). Accommodations for dietary restrictions are not availble for this meal. Peasant Seating is also available for a reduced price. Peasant seating is at the back of the auditorium where you can still see and hear the show, but Peasants are only allowed a cookie and water--because they are Peasants! All tickets are reserved seating only. Seating will begin at 6:00pm. Please enter through the Atrium entrance at Morton High School and proceed to the host stand.
