- ➤ Peoria gas prices averaged $2.82 a gallon on Monday, up 2.3 cents this week but still 19.8 cents lower than last month and 36.1 cents lower than this time last year, according to GasBuddy & AAA Illinois. Seasonal trends could drive prices upward toward March. 25 News Now
