- ➤ Peoria City Council will vote tonight on a plan to allow food trucks & carts on the south side of Hamilton Street and the 100 block of Northeast Adams. If approved, the fee waiver and increased licenses aim to revive downtown eateries that once thrived. Peoria Journal Star
