  • Peoria City Council approved Tuesday night updates easing food truck restrictions downtown by waiving fees for this year and next, adding two locations at the 300 block of Hamilton and 100 block of NE Adams, and increasing licenses from three to five to boost meal options for workers and residents.  WMBD
  • Peoria International Airport said travelers should arrive two hours early due to spring break crowds that may slow parking and check-in — donations of gas or grocery gift cards for TSA officers can be dropped off at its offices from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Pekin Daily Times
  • Peoria City Council approved a 0.25% sales tax hike at Westlake Shopping Center Tuesday night, raising the rate from 0.75% to 1% until 2055 so the property owner can fund improvements & the council can review expense details.  Peoria Journal Star
