- ➤ Police responded early Saturday morning to Lexington Hills Apartments where they found a 26-year-old with a gunshot wound and later arrested an adult male for aggravated battery—he was taken to a local hospital and is stable—while the investigation continues. WMBD
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Demolition of the old eastbound McClugage Bridge continued after a new span opened to traffic, and on Tuesday workers removed the nest sticks from its eastern support following state guidelines since the osprey nest had blown down in a storm last summer—officials hope the birds will choose another safe spot to nest.
