- ➤ East Peoria firefighters extricated two occupants from a rollover crash that occurred at 10:30 p.m. Friday on the 1900 block of Cole Street; both were taken to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center as Level 1 trauma patients. WMBD
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ A Deer Creek woman traveled to Washington, D.C. to rally for Medicaid after disability groups warned of potential cuts—attending a policy seminar with nearly 900 advocates. She, a support worker for people with disabilities, met with congressional staffers and said she will fight to preserve Medicaid funding that has paid for long-term care for those in need. WMBD
