- ➤ Third graders at Northmoor Primary School are hosting their annual lemonade stand today to raise money for childhood cancer research. The event, a tradition since 2014, will run from 9:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. with cups at 25 cents each and donations welcome. 25 News Now

- ➤ Graduating seniors from 15 area high schools were honored Tuesday night at the 2026 Sterling Merit Awards Banquet at the Peoria Civic Center where over 600 students and parents attended; the event celebrated top eight percent graduates and featured a keynote by Bradley University President James Shadid. - ➤ Federal agencies have allocated $500K to replace the aging Furrow Road Bridge in Tazewell County—part of a $19M plan to improve safety on a busy farming route near South Pekin. Construction will begin this fall and finish next year. WMBD
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ CJ Harvest On-The-Go launched a mobile market that delivers affordable produce – including dairy and grains – to six Head Start and after-school sites across Peoria and East Peoria, serving over 600 households and promoting healthy habits.
