7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee will open in East Peoria this Fall on the site of the former Regions Bank (W.

Morton Industries is converting an 80,000 sqft building at 2500 N.
Main St. in East Peoria into a stainless steel facility to support the growing data center market; the project will involve significant renovations and a planned hire of 50 to 100 workers as part of a 200-job expansion.
Peoria gas prices rose 13.5 cents to average $4.13 a gallon on Monday, according to GasBuddy & AAA Illinois; prices are 9.7 cents lower than a month ago and 81.4 cents higher than a year ago.

Over 2300 runners are expected Friday at Peoria's 'Detweiller At Dark', a cross-country event with six races for open, junior high, high school, and kids divisions.
