- ➤ The 41st annual East Peoria Festival of Lights will kick off on November 22 at 6:30 p.m. with the Parade of Lights featuring holiday music from Mix 106.9—streets including Springfield Road and Taylor Street will be closed for the event and the floats will join Folepi’s Winter Wonderland drive-through display starting November 28.
