About this event
A yoga class for those new to yoga or those wanting a fundamental yoga flow class. This class guides you through foundational yoga postures and breath work, in order to build a solid foundation. Take this class to gain comfort, confidence and experience in moving meditation while increasing flexibility. 60 minutes, all levels *our classes have a 2 hour cancellation policy: either single pass or punch will be withheld or $10 fee for unlimited and membership
