Advanced reformer is a unique blend of both traditional and contemporary Pilates exercises designed to progress the reformer 2 student to reformer 3. Dynamic, creative flows target core connection, strength, balance, flexibility, and stability. Close attention is paid to form and alignment ensuring a safe and effective total body workout. *our reformer classes have a 2 hour cancellation policy!
