Crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain sticks, pyramids, drums, and more may be woven together to surround you in calming vibration. This session helps release energetic blockages, settle the nervous system, and guide your body and mind into profound relaxation.
No experience needed. Just arrive, lie down, get comfy and let the sound do the rest.
