Yin Yoga offers a calming balance that safely stretches the connective tissue for greater joint mobility. Using props to support us in this restful practice to reduce stress and anxiety in the mind and body, we simultaneously deepen our relaxation practice. Go as deep or as light as your body is telling you. 60 minutes, all levels *our classes have a 2 hour cancellation policy: either single pass or punch will be withheld or $10 fee for unlimited and membership
