About this event
Group reformer is for all levels, beginners are welcome! Our group reformer sessions can accommodate up to 5 students. The group classes begin with footwork, followed by deep core conditioning, arm, legwork and spine. Balance the body, creating strength and length! *our reformer classes have a 2 hour cancellation policy!
