- ➤ Crews will reduce lanes on Cedar St. Bridge on Wednesday for crossover setup until mid-May, before a two-month shutdown. The Moss Ave and MacArthur Hwy intersection will close for three months while parts of MacArthur Hwy and sidewalks face up to 10-week closures. WMBD
- ➤ State lawmakers are considering a bill that lets renters install small plug-in solar panels on balconies or patios — a move that could lower energy costs. The measure passed the Senate Energy and Public Utilities Committee on March 12 and now awaits an amendment before a full vote. WMBD
